You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use any product from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order we reasonably believe has been placed by a person under 18. Such orders will be refunded in full.
All YCBD products are sold as food supplements only. They are not medicines, medicinal products, or veterinary medicines. Our products have not been assessed or approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any other regulatory body as medicines. We make no medicinal claims. Product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment is taken at point of order. We use PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing via Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders we suspect are fraudulent, orders from persons under 18, or orders that cannot be fulfilled to countries where CBD is restricted.
We dispatch orders within 1–2 UK working days. Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail / DPD): 2–3 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm on working days. Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, particularly during periods of high demand or postal disruption.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at returns@ycbd.uk or by completing our returns form within this 14-day period. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Products must be returned unused and in original unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened CBD consumables unless the product is defective.
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or materially different from your order, please contact us at returns@ycbd.uk within 30 days with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full replacement or refund, including covering return postage costs, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your most recent order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
